You are purchasing a very nice prayer card folder of Saint Maximilian Kolbe. He is known to be the Patron Saint of those addicted to drugs.  It comes with 2 prayers and a brief bio of him. Comes with a beautiful oxidized 2 sided medal, one side has an image of him and on the other an image of Immaculate Virgin Mary to whom he had a very special devotion. 
Very special saint, who selfless and strong faith offer himself to die in the place of another prisoner in Auschwitz. 
Prayer card measures approximately 4" x 2 1/2" when closed. Medal is 1" h.  Please see pictures for details.
