You are purchasing a silvertone oval medal of Saint Gerard Majella, the Patron of the Expectant Mothers. The back has the saying " Prega per me" in Italian which translates to " Pray for me" . It approximately measures: 30 mm. (See pictures). These were brought back from his Shrine in Italy.
